  • Setting:- Work holder and tool holder selection, speed and feed calculation.
  • Programming:- Linear programming, canned cycles, macro programming, new product development, parameter setting, maintenance.
  • Advanced Programming:- All types of maintenance work, parameter setting, profile and cycle time calculation, macro programming.
  • Additional:- Entrepreneurship development training, soft skills, safety, information and communication technology, advanced quality management system.

CNC Milling

  • Operator Training: Drawing study, operating system, height offset adjustment, handling all types of instruments.
  • Setting: Tool holder and fixture selection, speed and feed calculation, setting.
  • Programming: Linear programming, canned cycles, macro programming, new product development, parameter setting, maintenance, scaling, mirroring, plane selection, data input setting, rigid tapping, local work coordinate setting, automatic corner override, and single direction.

AutoCAD

  • Fundamentals about AutoCAD.
  • Guidelines for industrial drawings.
  • 2D Drafting: Draw, modify, dimension, draft settings, UCS, layers, text creation, and all types of industrial 2D drawings
  • 3D Modeling: Solid and solid editing, 3D mirror, 3D rotate, 3D orbits, 3D fillet, 3D array, 3D chamfer, sweep along guide, loft, helix, rendering, and all types of industrial 3D drawings
  • Template usage: Layouts, plotter settings, exporting and importing

Unigraphics

  • Part Modeling:- Sketch curves, curve operations, form features, feature operations, direct modeling, and freeform features.
  • Assembly:- Component assembly, constraints and exploded views, and part editing.
  • Drafting & Detailing:- Creating drawing views and dimensions, annotations and modifications, inserting test drawing views, and inserting part lists.
  • Manufacturing:- Cavity and contour milling, drilling and tapping, all types of turning operations, toolpath verification, code generation, and program transfer to the machine. Includes direct machine training.

Mastercam

  • Creating 2D Drawings: All types of commands for 2D industrial drawings
  • Creating 2D Toolpaths
  • Creating 3D Models: All types of icons for 3D industrial drawings
  • Creating 3D Toolpaths: Boundary box, orientation, analyzing
  • Surface Operations: Pocket, contour, parallel, flowline, project, radial milling, scallop, blend corner, and finishing toolpaths
